Cup of the world of 2014

            The Cup of the World of Football is the greater evento of the most popular sport of the world. Until today already they were realised 18 Glasses, in 15 countries, of three different continents. In the total, 30.852.747 people assisted to the games in the stadiums that warmed up the competition.
            Everything began with the dream and the dedication of the French Jules Rimet in organising a tournament wrapping selections of several countries.  The first trophy, that carried the name of the idealizador, had his definite possession conquered peel Brazil. The new glass, calls simply "Cup of the World".


Cup regulations:
            
          The final phase of the Cup of the World is contested by 32 selections. To Europe has right to 14 vacancies.The African continent sends 5 representatives, whereas Sudamérica and to Asia have, each one, 4 countries  Guaranteeed. Already the Concacaf, confederation that gathers the selections of North America, centroamerica and Caribbean, has right to 3 vacancies. The two remaining vacancies are defined in clashes of repescagem between selections of Sudamérica and of Oceania and teams of Asia and of the Concacaf. 

Basic rules:

         To 19ª Glass of the World follows the staff adopted in the World-wide of France, in 1998, with 32 countries participants, divided in eight groups of four teams each one.

The criteria of desempate in the first phase are:

1. Number of points
2. Goal difference
3. Number of goals

If two or more teams empaten in the criteria up, the desempate will give in the direct clash, following the criteria down:

1. Number of points
2. Goal difference
3. Number of goals
4. sortition

            Only the two better of each group happen for the octaves of final, with the clear-cut clash between the first placed of the eight keys against which finished in the second position.
           From this phase, in case of tie us 90 statutory minutes, the game will go for the extention, in two times of 15 minutes. Persisting the equality ,The the definition of the classified selection will go for the dispute of penaltis.

Curiosities on the Cup of the World of Football:


- The record of goals in Glasses is of the Brazilian Ronaldo with 15 goals;
- The Brazil is the only country that participated of all the Glasses of the World;
 - The Brazil is the country with more titles conquered: total of five;
- Italy was four times champion, followed of Germany thrice champion and of the bi-Argentinian champions and Uruguay. England and France possess only a title each;
- The Glass of the World is the greater second sportive evento of the planet

Confederations Cup FIFA Brazil 2013

         The Confederations Cup is an international football tournament. It is organized by FIFA and it is held every four years, being one year before the World Cup . The participants in the Confederações Cup are eight teams , representing the six football confederações besides the host country of the World cup and the champion from the last World Cup, so a total of eight teams.The tounaments happen in the country that will host the World Cup in the next year .
         The countries that will participate in the Confederations Cup in 2013 are: Brazil, Japan, Mexico, Italy, Spain, Uruguay, Tahiti, Nigeria. These tems will have to play the first group stage , semifinals , a match for the third place to reach the final.
         The tounaments will take place in Brazil in 2013. The matches of the Confederations Cup 2013 will take place during the period from June,15th (opening match) to june, 30th (funal match).
        This Cup is divided into two groups: group A and group B.

History and rules of volleyball

The volleyball history

The volleyball was created on February 9, 1895 by William George Morgan in the United States. The aim of Morgan, who worked in the "YMCA" was to create a team sport with no physical contact between opponents, so as to minimize the risk of injury. Initially playing with a tube of basketball ball was called Mintonette but quickly gained popularity with the name of volleyball. The creator Volleyball died on December 27, 1942 at 72 years of age. In 1964 volleyball became part of the program of the Olympic Games, it has remained until today.

Volleyball rules

Each volleyball team consists of 12 players: six permanent and six alternates. In court, therefore, are two teams of six players.
The teams are separated by a net in the middle of the court. The game begins with one of the teams that should serve. Soon after looting the ball exceed the net and follow the opponent's court where players try to prevent the ball from entering your field using any part of the body (before it was valid to use members from the waist down, but the rules were changed .) The player can hit the ball so that it passes to the opposing side being allowed to give three touches on the ball before it passes, always giving the players alternating touches. 



Paintball rules

IMPORTANT: Paintball is a pleasurable sport and democratic, can be practiced by children and adults, for that reason there are several rules that can be combined with the players and the Ranger (Field Judge), we highlight some embodiments, remembering that: The Ranger is the highest authority. Everyone must participate in a sporting spirit, and within synergistic patterns and practices of safety, it is prohibited to remove any items in the field of protection that may lead to the disqualification of a player or even team.
                         
                          
Winning goal
• The goal is to conquer the flag located in the opponent although it may be located in strategic locations properly matched with members and Ranger players must be fair and honest team spirit is essential.

• Games may have had lasting 1h30 (one hour and thirty minutes), the teams change ends of the field after 45 minutes, or when one of the teams earn the HQ flag opponent.

• When hit anywhere in the body, you will see a brand of paint that eliminates the player, he monitored it must inform you that forward and reached out to the neutral zone, with the marker (gun) and arms raised, others did not can shoot the eliminated player. In case of doubt any member may ask for a Ranger to chek for certification of the correctness

• At the end of the ammo player must do likewise levantanto arms and marker and drive up the neutral zone and recharge.


• When the player is eliminated he should go to the hospital and hope that one of his companions ring the bell (in hospital) and redemption, so that the player eliminated lift

Campinas brings João Paulo Tavares and renews the contract with Rivaldo and Diogo

After confirm Alexandre Rivetti as coach, the club announced the arrival of João Paulo Tavares, world champion in 2010 by the brazilian team.
John Paul was the Panthers Panasonic of Japan
Maurício Lima, director of the team, has renewed the contracts of Allan libero, the opposite of Rivaldo, Diogo.
The veteran André Heller is one that can remain in the group.
Rodriguinho was sought and talk about contract renewal.

Sprint All Star Race, how it will works.

   
Sprit All-Star Race, a non-points race, where the Nascar Sprint Cup drivers race hard for the 1 million dollars prize. As usual, the rule is changed every year, so let´s see how it will works this year.


Drivers who are guaranteed in the All-Star race:


Drivers who have won a race in 2012 or 2013: Marcos Ambrose, Greg Biffle, Clint Bowyer, Kyle Busch, Dale Earnhardt Jr., Carl Edwards, Jeff Gordon, Denny Hamlin, Kevin Harvick, Jimmie Johnson, Kasey Kahne, Matt Kenseth, Brad Keselowski, Joey Logano, Ryan Newman, David Ragan and Tony Stewart.

All-star winners since 2003: Kurt Busch (2010), Mark Martin (2005).

Cup champions since 2003: All already in.

The top driver in online/mobile app fan voting.


The Sprint All-Star Race qualifying will be in May 17th. The drivers who are already guaranteed in the All-Star race will make a three laps run, with a mandatory four-tire pit stop. But the cat jump is that there is no speed limit on pit road. 
 

The other drivers will need to participate of the Sprint Showdown in May 18th, a few hours before the main show. They will make a normal qualifying, traditional best of two laps, and a 40 laps race, with two 20-lap segments and an optional pit stop between them. The top 2 will be qualified for the Sprint All-Star race, and will start in the last two spots.


The teams who failed to qualifyqued will come back home, the others stay for the show, that will be in May 18th at 8:30 pm.

The race will work this way, there will be 90 laps, splited in 5 segments. The first four segments will have 20 laps each one, with an opitional pit-stop between than. At the end of a segment, the yellow flag will be called, and the cars will line up for the next one.
    

At the end of the segment 4, in the lap 80, they will need to enter in the pits, for a mandatory 4 tires change, and the cars will line up based in the avarage finish of the others 4 segments, ties will be broken with the result of the first segment.
    

After this, the green flag will drop, the will be 10 laps to go, and the drivers will race hard for the 1 million dollars price. But there is detail, in the last segment laps under yellow flag doesn´t count.
